1. No Liability for User Content
StreamerStack is a passive data transmission tool. I do not monitor, view, or curate content uploaded by users. You are solely responsible for the content you upload. By using this service, you agree not to upload illegal, infringing, or harmful material. I accept no liability for any content processed through my system.
2. Automatic Data Deletion
This is a privacy-first service. I do not permanently store your videos. All uploaded and processed files are automatically permanently deleted from my servers after approximately 1 hour. I cannot recover files after this period.
3. Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. I am not responsible for data loss or failed conversions.
4. Abuse Policy
I reserve the right to ban IP addresses or revoke license keys that attempt to abuse the system, bypass limits, or harm my infrastructure.
